Delivery Times Delivery normally takes place within 5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders for more than one item may be shipped from different warehouses, and therefore may arrive at different times. Tracking details are available for most orders and will be provided where possible. If you require help with tracking information please contact us. If your order does not arrive in the scheduled time please contact us for further information and guidance. If your delivery requires a signature and you are not there, the courier will leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place (if you have one) or take it away again for redelivery. They will place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, and what action they have taken. Any delivery instructions should be included at the checkout when prompted. You can request delivery to your place of work or any other address, make sure to enter the alternative address in the shipping section during the checkout process. A delivery charge may be applied to larger rugs (which exceed standard courier lengths) for remote Highland and Island areas. You will be notified of this post order confirmation and given the chance to pay additional charges, change your order or cancel your order. Orders For More Than One Item Orders for more than one item may be shipped from different warehouses, and therefore may arrive at different times. Additional Express Services and Delivery Options Additional services may be available for a fee. These options will be presented at the checkout if available. Deliveries to Multiple Addresses If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each item/address. Geographical Restrictions Due to courier restrictions in some geographical areas, additional charges may apply for larger items. You will be notified of this post-purchase and given the option to pay additional charges, change your order or cancel your order. Delivery to more remote locations can occasionally take slightly longer than stated, with express services unavailable. We will do our best to keep you up-to-date with tracking information. XL or XXL Size Rugs If you are ordering a rug in a size XL or XXL for delivery, please note that delivery may take up to 10 days longer than stated on this website or in your email confirmation.
